Shirah | Chief Executive Officer
Founder of this international charity, and a lady that is capable of feats requiring titanic energies.
She has over 15 years experience working in the humanitarian field, with organizations ranging from Amnesty International to the Human Rights and Economic Affairs Department at the Council of Europe, Strasbourg.
Her experience and energy is a huge boost to the IAMSCS team and her role within the charity has contributed to the development of the leadership team, a review of board & staff effectiveness and the strategic design of sustainable income generating, educational and rehabilitation projects.
You can find her on her days off tucked away in a luxurious spa or trekking across Asia. She is also a spirited swimmer and very passionate about her legal career.
James | Chief Operating Officer
With over 15 years humanitarian experience, 11 of which were spent as a professional fundraiser and manager, he is a gifted leader and everyone’s favorite person across the charity. James is in charge of…well…everything.
Working with some of the biggest international charities like British Red Cross, Amnesty International, Friends of the Earth, NSPCC, Plan International, and World Vision, James has significant experience in staff management, corporate fundraising, international development, strategic planning and the ability, commitment and drive to take our charity forward.
When he’s not making people smile, he’s either busy worshiping Arsenal FC or cycling across London. He is also a passionate nature photographer and father.
